Rip Curl's Mirage Boardshort 2 Promo Video
From the Rip Curl description on their You Tube page:
In collaboration with Timeslice Films, Rip Curl took on an ambitious bullet-time campaign shoot in Malaysia's Sunway Lagoon Wavepool with lead surfers Mick Fanning, Stephanie Gilmore, Owen Wright and Matt Wilkinson.
The revolutionary campaign captures surfing in a way never seen before, with the final visuals baring more resemblance to a fight scene from the famous Matrix movies than a promotional surfing video.
The two-day rental of Sunway Lagoon Wavepool allowed Rip Curl and Timeslice to operate in a more stable environment than the open ocean offers. The Rip Curl surfers were repeatedly towed into the machine-controlled waves by Jetski and their operational space was determined by the 52-camera rig set up in the pool.

Exile - "Population Control" Remix Ft. - Samiyam, Dibiase, Free The Robots - Music Video
Exile's "Population Control" is a trippy, mind-bending video scored by Samyiam, Dibiase and Free The Robots who all remixed the same track featured on 'AM/FM.' Inspired by Exile's "We Are All In Power" video, visual artist Greg "The Dude" Ponstingl created the video using thousands of still images and striking visual effects to make a boombox literally come to life. The result is a rather trippy experience, and if you are prone to seizures, look away.
When I first watched "We are all in Power," I was blown away. A year later, I was able to meet with Ex and start working on this video. This project gave me the chance to be experimental and work differently. Using 3 songs in one video was something that intrigued me because, in my opinion, the traditional "music video" is a way of the past. We need visual artists to think outside the box and re-invent the "music video."
